Good start on video. The the ideas on your project caught my attention. Maybe you could have used another main point besides the BSU Map, something more important like the different clubs and organizations.
Just want to give props to the storyboarding.I can't draw and was quick to edit the video because I didnt want to present some poopy drawn out copies. I didnt even think about using powerpoint! Also, very nice choice of music. It goes well with the quick scenes. Can't wait to see the finished piece:D
Good creative ideas. like the sped up shots and music to go with. Only concern is alot of info to try and fit into a 1 minute video. might have to cut some shots out otherwise it might get confusing
I like the comedy aspect you guys are incorporating into your project. The idea portrays some aspects of how college life really is. This are some of the tips that most college students do need to follow because the reality of the statistics of hoe many students drop out is phenomenal. Overall I like the message of your idea.
I like the music in the background it keeps the viewer awake, reminds me of movies I used to watch with my grandpa. Back on topic, it looked amusing, but this whole 60 second thing is going to be amusing.
an overall good idea. the music seems a little loud compared to the voiceover, maybe consider lowering the levels. otherwise, i enjoyed the part of the video that i saw. :)
Your group has a solid idea, and I like what you you showed the class. I think that your comedic approach to the subject being presented in the video is something that will stick with current Ball State students. Something I'm not very clear about is how this is specific to Ball State students in general. But over all great job!
I thought the trailer was good and like you said it should come together once you are done editing. I think some more of the words on the screen will help people remember what all you talked about. Something I would remember is like partying+8 A.M. class= FAIL. It would play towards the comedy factor which as you pointed out is a good way to make people remember what you said.

ReplyDeleteI like the simplicity of the stick figures and the pictures overall. These images get the message across that you are trying to say.
