College sports

This article argues the fact of college athletic programs are trying to make money off their football programs and in turn are neglecting their student athletes. I choose this article because I enjoy college sports, and I believe college sports need reform as well. This article is not very long but it does a good job of explaining the facts at hand and drawing in an audience.
This article uses ethos, pathos, and logos to attract the reader and draw them in. However, the main rhetorical device used is pathos. There are many ways that the author emotionally connects with the reader.
