"Eyewitness testimony often lies."

The reason I chose to write about this article is because I vividly remember discussing and debating about this same subject in my government class. We discussed more to the account of the death penalty but we spent quite some time on this exact subject. Many of my fellow peers had good reasoning and points on their side of the story. I wanted to recall many of those memories so I chose a semi-relative article.
